A protected area made up of lakes, a lagoon, and canals near the Mediterranean, this property of the Conservatoire du Littoral allows the water to be as free as a bird. Depending on the season and weather conditions, the ponds of Villepey offer birds and even fish a place to rest, feed, and reproduce. Thus, it is possible to observe a varied population of animals all year round: pink flamingos, herons including the Great Egret, very large ducks, the reed toad, etc.
