The AOC Côtes de Provence : Coming from a varied terroir shared with the Bouches-du-Rhône and an enclave of the Alpes-Maritimes, the Var is at the heart of this AOC. At Clos des Roses, the vines flourish on crystalline and volcanic soil, under maritime influence. This unique combination, combined with technical and environmentally friendly know-how, gives rise to rosé and white wines with floral and fruity aromas, with a characteristic freshness and luminosity. The estate also produces AOC red wines, recognized for their balance, silkiness, and aromatic complexity.
The IGP Maures Country Wines : These vintages produced exclusively in the Var offer aromatic, full-bodied and frank wines, in red, white and rosé. Cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, these vintages highlight Merlot for the reds and rosés, while Sauvignon and Viognier dominate in the whites.
