For thousands of years, the Esterel massif, with its majestic red rocks, has embraced the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.
Here, in this fusion of raw nature and endless beauty, the vines thrive, rooted in a unique terroir that is the pride of the region's winemakers.
This landscape, where the earth and the sky seem to meet on the horizon, offers a moment of pure contemplation.
But it is not only made of beauty: it tells the story of a generous land, spoiled by the sun, nourished by traditions, and shaped by generations of passionate winegrowers.

The “Vignobles & Découvertes” Label: a guarantee of excellence, know-how and passion

The “Vignobles & Découvertes” label, created in 2009, is not just a title.
It is a guarantee of quality, sincerity and shared passion. It is the culmination of hard work, the union of the terroirs and the men who cultivate them. It is a label that promotes an entire tourist and wine destination, in order to offer visitors a real journey to the heart of wine tourism. The Terre d'Estérel, which includes Fréjus, Puget-sur-Argens, Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Saint-Raphaël, and the nine villages of the Pays de Fayence, proudly bears this label. It thus becomes a place where one can savor, discover, but also respect the history and richness of a terroir.

Wine, terroir and man: a sensory journey to the heart of “Terre d'Estérel”

The volcanic terroir of Terre d'Estérel is a real treasure.
Forged by volcanic fire and sculpted by the centuries, it gives birth to wines of exceptional richness and complexity.
The Estérel massif, currently in the process of being awarded the Grand Site de France label, is distinguished by its spectacular red rocks, which plunge directly into the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.
This striking contrast between the purple cliffs, the intense green of the Mediterranean vegetation and the azure of the sea makes this place a unique place of discovery, a true adventure playground for lovers of nature and wine.

Terre d'Estérel is a natural setting, a sensory journey where each path, each hill, each view takes you to meet the terroir.

History and wine: a journey through time

The wine of Terre d'Estérel is a true bridge between eras.
It tells the story of Fréjus, founded by Julius Caesar under the name of Forum Julii, where the first vines were planted more than two thousand years ago. This wine-growing land has then been shaped by the centuries, from the medieval villages of the Pays de Fayence to the porticoes and fountains of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, to the splendors of the Belle Époque in Saint-Raphaël.
Each glass of wine, each sip, is an invitation to delve into the history of the region and to savor the fruit of this shared heritage.
