The cloister of Fréjus Cathedral is pleased to host the closing concert of Miguel Da Silva's string quartet class from the Villecroze Music Academy.
The cloister of Fréjus Cathedral is pleased to host the closing concert of Miguel Da Silva's string quartet class from the Villecroze Music Academy.
The name of the quartet (selected by Miguel Da Silva) and the program played will be announced later.
Artistic advisor to the Villecroze Music Academy, Miguel Da Silva is one of today's greatest violists, a member of the renowned Ysaÿe Quartet for thirty years. He is Master in Residence at the Queen Elizabeth Music Chapel in Belgium, alongside baritone José Van Dam, violinist Augustin Dumay, pianist Maria Joao Pires, cellist Gary Hoffman, and the Artemis Quartet.
