A 3km walk organized by the League against cancer as part of Blue March, colorectal cancer awareness month.
Every year, the month of March is dedicated to raising awareness of colorectal cancer through the Mars Bleu operation. This cancer, which affects nearly 47 people in France, can be cured in nine out of ten cases if detected at an early stage.
As part of this national mobilization, the League against Cancer – Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël delegation is organizing a solidarity march to remind people of the importance of screening and to support the fight against the disease.
This event will take place at the Fréjus Nature Base. Participants will be welcomed at 9:30 a.m. and the walk will start at 10 a.m. A contribution of 5 euros is requested, to support prevention and support for patients.
Everyone, regardless of their sporting level, is invited to take part in this walk to demonstrate their commitment to the fight against colorectal cancer and promote preventive measures.
