Every year, Pink October reminds us that the fight against breast cancer is everyone's business. The City is honored to collaborate with the Ligue contre le Cancer to promote prevention and screening through a dedicated event.
We are fortunate to welcome major players in public health, such as the gynecologists and midwives of the Intercommunal Hospital of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël, as well as the Territorial Professional Health Community, all on the front line in this fight.
This year's program includes the traditional walk (starting at 15 pm for 4,5 km) and the run (starting at 15:30 pm for 7,5 km) entitled "The Roses of Forum Iulii". After the effort, all participants will meet at the Arena for a dynamic and colorful flashmob, celebrating solidarity and the joy of living!
Many activities for young and old will also take place at Place Clemenceau, from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m. (programme attached).
We therefore warmly invite you to participate in this day. Come run, walk, dance, and above all, support the cause of Pink October with us.
To participate in the “Les Roses de Forum Iulii” race or walk, register online at sportips.fr or on site from 10 a.m., Place Clemenceau.
The registration fee is €10, entirely donated to the League against Cancer; a t-shirt and a drawstring bag are offered to each participant.
Join us on Saturday, October 19 from 10 a.m., Place Clemenceau, and together let's make this day a memorable and united moment for a noble cause!
