A 25% deposit and a mandatory security deposit of €1200-€1400 are required. This villa has been completely renovated and offers high-end amenities: a lit and fenced swimming pool (7,50m x 3,50m) with a depth of 1,10m and a solarium; a private landscaped and flowered garden of 450m², terraces, a pergola, and patios with various spaces for enjoying quality time with family. Cool and pleasant in summer, the villa is equipped for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, refrigerator-freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, griddle, and clothes dryer.

A trusted contact person, living nearby, is responsible for check-in and check-out, as well as any questions during your stay. We pay particular attention to the quality of your stay. Please note: This house is NOT suitable for parties or noisy gatherings due to the residential and family-oriented nature of the neighborhood. The house is non-smoking (many textiles are used in the decor). Pets are not allowed. This house does not offer wheelchair accessibility; we apologize for this.
