> ACCESS
By car: Exit at the Fréjus-Ouest toll booth. Exit No. 37 towards Fréjus, then head towards the Tourist Office – 153 rue Daniel Isnard.
By Bus: BUS 4 Stop “Hotel de Ville”

> STARTING POINT
Several departures possible.
On foot, coming from Fréjus, take the Vernèdes path (no parking).
From the Tourist Office – 153 rue Daniel Isnard (free parking)
No parking possible at the start of the trail. Possibility to start the path from the Tourist Office – 153 rue Daniel Isnard with free parking nearby.

> ITINERARY
Walkers who arrive by the Vernèdes path head towards the Vernède wine estate.

Then, take the Chemin du Jas Neuf, then again the Chemin des Vernèdes towards the village centre, passing by the Boulevard Jean Moulin.

Then go back up Rue Général De Gaulle towards the Church of Saint Jacques.
Saint Jacques Church, dedicated to Saint James the Greater. Remarkable altarpieces from the 17th century, as well as a Roman milestone carved to accommodate the baptismal font. There are several in the town, they once marked the Via Aurelia, a Roman road that linked Italy to ancient Gaul.

Then take Boulevard Cavalier on the right, which runs alongside the town hall, then Boulevard Martinez. Finally, just after the stadium, take Allée de Compostelle on the left towards Domaine de Vaucouleurs.
This part is the most pleasant, it offers beautiful views of the vineyard, with shaded areas which are very enjoyable during the summer.

Those who wish can continue by crossing the Bouverie road, towards Roquebrune sur Argens.

This path does not offer any particular difficulty, moderate difference in altitude, no rough passages.
Bring water and sports shoes.

This trail is now a universal path for those who wish to take it. Above all, it is an original idea for a walk that allows you to discover our town and its surroundings from a different angle. The landscape is varied and the path has some nice surprises in store for those who take the time to observe nature... This hiking trail with a moderate difference in altitude allows as many people as possible to enjoy it.
