Randonnée : Le tour du Mont Vinaigre
This hike leads to the summit of Mont Vinaigre, from where you can see the bay of Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The hike is largely in the shade of the trees of the massif.

Route details
Description
> ACCESS
From the motorway roundabout in Fréjus (Exit 38), follow the sign towards Cannes-Mandelieu.
Follow the Gargalon road to the Cocteau roundabout.
Take a left towards Les Adrets de l'Estérel, continue for 6 km until
a crossroads to take right.
Park immediately in the car park on the left or continue to the Malpey forest house, then turn left, go past a barrier and reach the car park 50 m further on.

> ITINERARY
Join the barrier seen previously by car, take the path, and a few meters further, take the path located on the right. Enjoy the picnic tables before or after the hike.
Head left towards Mont Vinaigre. About 400 meters further, cross the barrier on your left and continue on the path. At the fork, take the path furthest to the right.
Once on the road, turn left and take the path which is directly on the right.
Continue until you reach the road on the right to continue the climb.
When you reach a helicopter pad, turn right to the guard tower. Turn left and stay on the leftmost path until you reach the Mont Vinaigre pad.
The return is made in the opposite direction to the identical one.
There is a variation for this hike:
Coming back down, in the needle bend on the helicopter platform,
a small dirt path is visible on your left. Then take the first path taken at the start of your hike.
