01
Take your first breath of fresh air in Port-Fréjus
Port-Fréjus is more than a marina : it is an emblematic, typical and warm district, punctuated by many festivities. For thirty years, the port teams have been constantly seeking to innovate, improve their services, and preserve the sea. The port enjoys an ideal location between two sandy beaches: Sablettes beach and Alba beach. Nearby is the François-Léotard Nature Base, a 135-hectare green setting by the sea, shared between natural spaces and sports and leisure activities. It is in this setting open to the Mediterranean, lulled by the clicking of the masts, a real invitation to escape that you absolutely must stop for breakfast or come back for lunch.

Port-Fréjus aims to be lively and cultural. Port festival, regattas, Provençal jousts, fireworks, concerts and exhibitions, there are plenty for all tastes. A great art lover, the port is also proud to be a patron of artists and thus regularly adorns its quays with monumental sculptures. So, along the quays, go and meet artists and their works: it is a magnificent open-air exhibition that is offered to you, punctuated by interactive stages which will raise your awareness and make you adhere in heart and mind to the preservation of our Mediterranean.

Make a stop at the NATURE BASE to meet “FRÉJUS L'INTRÉPIDE”
It is impossible not to make a detour to the Base Nature before going back up to the Historic Heart, to admire "FRÉJUS, THE INTREPID". With its 1.500 m2, it is the second largest fresco in France, created by César Malfi. In a style that pays homage to Cocteau, we come across the portrait of the latter who painted the Chapel of Notre Dame de Jérusalem (we recommend a visit), surrounded by Julius Caesar, founder of the City, Napoleon who landed in Fréjus in 1799 on his return from the Egyptian Campaign and Roland Garros, who took off from the Base Nature for his first crossing of the Mediterranean.

Stroll through the Provencal market in the HISTORIC HEART
Here, it starts with a coffee, in this unmissable place: the Place de la Mairie, protected by the shade of our bell tower, a few meters from the oldest baptistery in France. Who can beat that?
Then, we set off to discover the stalls where the subtle scents of local products mingle or to find that little piece that is essential for trendy looks, find inspiration for lunch or dinner or even the object that, once back home, will remind us "we were there". And this stroll through the market ends as it began: on a terrace.

A stop in front of the Porte aux Atlantes: dating from the 17th century, this precious vestige of the past is classified as a historical monument. This door invites you to enter The Cave of the Caryatids which combines the aesthetics of its architecture with the refinement of local spirits. Here, wine tourism enthusiasts will find their happiness
04
Taking a second breath of fresh air: the customs officers’ path
The maze of alleys, the flower-filled windows, the carriage doors are like new photo studios. And each time, like us, they surprise us by offering us details that we had not seen previously. It is the ideal place for two people to immortalize your stay with us. There is no time, no special moment; just let yourself be guided by your curiosity and capture yourself together in the present moment.

THE BIGGEST MARKET: Sunday morning in Fréjus-plage
The market takes up residence on the seafront every Sunday. It sells fruits and vegetables, local and producer products, cheese, fish and seafood, butcher's products and delicatessen products, flowers and plants as well as clothing, utensils, furniture, toys and other non-food products.
A popular place for strolling among the people of Fréjus, who come here to do their shopping, it is not possible to imagine a break on the terrace: coffee before starting the visit or afterwards, with an aperitif. The ideal: treat yourself to a gourmet brunch while enjoying the rays of the sun before diving into the beautiful blue sea.
06
Treat yourself to a bubble of love at CLOS DES ROSES
This is the place to treat yourself as a couple. A day, a night, a weekend. Surrounded by vineyards, protected by the Esterel, the Clos des Roses offers you your most beautiful memory. A memory made of charm, elegance and serenity, where Provence expresses all that is most beautiful. Decor, gastronomy, wines, art and kindness of the teams.
