The table of "Guillôme" interprets the love of chefs Guillaume Anor and Jérôme Radigue for the Mediterranean. Nourished by passion, they sharpened their blades together in beautiful Provençal houses and learned the taste of things made with the heart.
At La Table de Guillôme, they make the South sing in all its tones: sun-drenched vegetables from the family garden, Sisteron lamb and fish from small boats. Mediterranean cuisine fed by the sea and the land, it offers a range of colors according to the seasons. An authentic but creative, gourmet and daring restaurant, it invites the essentials of Provence such as the Friday Aïoli. Activists of the short circuit and small producers, the chefs do their shopping within a radius of 100km. The restaurant's wine list displays the same convictions with bottles from local winemakers, great finds and pretty discoveries at low prices. Its anchoring in Provence does not prevent it from approaching the not so distant Rhône Valley with exciting labels, and the Bordeaux region.
