9:30 a.m. – Grand parade of brotherhoods with the musicians of Triberg and the banda l'Occitane of Saint-Gilles
11am – Parade around the square
11:15 a.m. – Egg breaking, omelette making and inductions
12:30 p.m. – Omelette distribution, grill stand, musical entertainment
FREE LUNCH TO TASTE THE OMELETTE and/or at the grill stands
15 p.m. – ORNITHOLOGICAL AND BOTANICAL DISCOVERY OF THE VILLEPEY PONDS
A protected area made up of lakes, a lagoon and canals close to the Mediterranean, this property of the Conservatoire du littoral allows the water to be as free as a bird. Depending on the season and the weather, these ponds offer birds and fish a place to rest, feed and reproduce. It is possible to observe a varied population of animals: pink flamingos, herons, large ducks, reed toads, etc.
