10:30 a.m. – GUIDED TOUR OF THE JAS DES OLIVIERS ESTATE
The family spirit has endured at Jas des Oliviers for 7 generations. From planting a vine to bottling, the terroir is a story of passion.
The farm, in organic conversion, offers several vintages available in red, rosé and white to satisfy all palates. You will also find jams made on the estate, honey, tapenades and olive oils from local producers, thus promoting the short circuit.

14:30 p.m. – DISCOVER THE LAST OLIVE OIL MILL IN FRÉJUS
Mr. Lovera and his daughter Magali welcome you to their modern mill for a friendly and lively exchange. They will tell you the story of the mill but also of the olive and its precious gold: the harvest, the packaging, the conservation, the flavors, the consumption, the quality… At the end of the visit, go for an olive oil tasting.
