10 a.m. – VISIT OF THE CLOISTER OF FRÉJUS CATHEDRAL
A medieval ensemble of beautiful architectural unity, the episcopal group consists of a cathedral surrounded by remarkable buildings: baptistery, 2-story Romanesque cloister, painted framework unique in France.
11 a.m. – VISIT TO AN ARTISANAL BISCUITORY AND TASTING
Patrick welcomes you in an atmosphere with the scents of orange blossom and warm biscuits! After a presentation of the biscuit factory, it's time to discover the products and ingredients he uses to make his shortbread and other Provençal navettes.
12:15 p.m. – LUNCH IN A RESTAURANT IN THE HISTORIC CENTER

14:30 a.m. – AUDIO-GUIDED TOUR AND TASTING AT THE DOMAINE DU CLOS DES ROSES
After a historical discovery of the estate, a walk in the vineyards and a visit to the chapel, you can admire the cellar and its barrel cellar to discover the secrets of making Provence wines. The visit will end with a commented tasting of the estate's wines.
