9:30 a.m. – DISCOVER THE LAST OLIVE OIL MILL IN FRÉJUS Mr. Lovera and his daughter Magali welcome you to their mill for a friendly and lively exchange. They will tell you the story of the mill but also of the olive and its precious gold: the harvest, the packaging, the conservation, the flavors, the consumption, the quality… At the end of the visit, go for a tasting of olive oils and flavored vinegars, tapenade toasts.

After a welcome with a chocolate drink, the “Chocolaterie du Rocher” invites you to discover several of its specialties, including the famous “Rocher de Roquebrune”, the work of artisanal chocolate and its characteristics compared to industrial chocolate. Depending on the time of year (Easter, Christmas, etc.), different recipes will be discussed. A tasting break is planned throughout the visit
