Mr. Lovera and his daughter Magali welcome you to their mill today for a friendly and lively exchange. They will tell you the story of the mill but also of the olive and its precious gold: the harvest, the packaging, the conservation, the flavors, the consumption, the quality ... At the end of the visit, go for a tasting of olive oils and flavored vinegars, tapenade toasts ...
