The flagship mountain biking event: a human and sporting adventure
Born in Ramatuelle in 1984 with only 7 competitors, the ROC D'AZUR grew in Fréjus to become much more than a simple competition. Today, on its Fréjusian lands, it is above all a human adventure. Participating in the Roc means taking on a personal challenge, surpassing yourself. It also means sharing unforgettable moments with your group of friends. Tracking the demanding courses of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and returning to the Base Nature, proud of your time and efforts.
At the Roc, we dream in front of the latest innovations, we walk the aisles of the show imagining our future mount, but above all, we party, because in Fréjus, the atmosphere is always there. Adrenaline, friendship, passion: this is the soul of the ROC D'AZUR. A sporting adventure that beats to the rhythm of surpassing oneself, camaraderie and the joy of living.
On the Roc d'Azur, everyone has their own pace
The Roc d'Azur CIC is open to everyone, whatever your age or level. Whether you are a professional, amateur, beginner, adult, child, cross-country or enduro rider, this event is designed for you. With a wide range of races on offer, you will undoubtedly find one that suits you, whether it is cross-country, triathlon, e-bike, gravel or trail.
In addition, the Roc d'Azur CIC organizes each year the largest free mountain bike show, accessible to all. This show also offers many activities, highlighting various cycling disciplines, such as dirt, trial, initiations and tests. As a result, it is a unique opportunity to discover and celebrate the world of cycling in all its diversity.

The Roc d'Azur CIC offers you, exceptionally, the possibility of crossing private properties and protected areas. We thank you for respecting these territories by avoiding riding there the rest of the year. Please note that reconnaissance is not allowed for the Roc d'Azur events. We count on your cooperation!
Participating in the Roc d'Azur for the first time in 2023 was an incredible experience. The variety of courses, the impeccable organization and the festive atmosphere really left a mark on me. I can't wait to come back next year to relive these unique moments and discover new challenges!
Our favorite: ROC'RUELLES, where sport and heritage meet
When sporting competition meets history, the result is ROC'RUELLES.
No more nature trails and wild vegetation, make way for cobblestones, steep stairs and tight bends.
Here, every pedal stroke is a challenge.
It's another dimension of racing, but always with that unique ROC DNA: nothing is easy, everything has to be earned.
Under the shouts of the speaker, carried by the encouragement of the public, each alley becomes a test in its own right.
Speed, technique, strategy… and caution: no time to look up.
And yet, what a setting!
The golden evening light caressing the old stones, the screeching of tires on the paving stones, the dancing shadows on the facades...
For the competitor, it is a victory to be savoured: “I did it”. For the public, it is a pride to be shared: “I was there”.
A race where effort mixes with emotion, and where every moment counts.
